focusing on family-based immigration and deportation defense. She earned his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University before receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Atlanta&#8217;s John Marshall Law School in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Karla is originally from Los Angeles, California, and grew up in Northwest Georgia. She is a proud Guatemalan American and is fluent in English and Spanish. Karla&#8217;s eagerness and passion for serving the immigrant community has developed over the years. She enjoys organizing and participating in providing legal assistance to the Spanish-speaking community, including the DACA Renewal Workshop, Immigration Law Clinic, and Learn Your Rights sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Karla is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She is also a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).<\/p>\n<p>In her free time, Karla enjoys hiking, volunteering with community organizations, and spending time with family and
